class=\"wpb_text_column\"><div class=\"wpb_wrapper\"><h2>Forschung<\/h2>\n<p>Wir konzentrieren uns auf die Frage, wie der mediale pr\u00e4frontale Kortex (mPFC), eine Hirnregion, die f\u00fcr h\u00f6here kortikale Funktionen entscheidend ist, und seine nachgeschalteten Ziele das kognitive und emotionale Verhalten von M\u00e4usen erm\u00f6glichen, indem wir die Netzwerkfunktion mit einer Reihe von In-vivo-Methoden untersuchen. Erstens wollen wir durch die Untersuchung der mPFC-Schaltkreise mit Langzeit-1-Photonen-Kalzium-Bildgebung die Organisationsprinzipien neokortikaler Aktivit\u00e4ten \u00fcber mehrere Zeitskalen hinweg aufdecken. Zweitens wollen wir mit Hilfe von Mausmodellen psychiatrischer Erkrankungen herausfinden, wie eine Funktionsst\u00f6rung des Schaltkreises zu Verhaltensdefiziten f\u00fchrt.
